Opposition submits requisition for KP Assembly session

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) –The joint opposition in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly on Monday submitted a requisition for convening the house session.

The ANP legislators after consultation with other parties submitted a requisition to the assembly secretariat seeking an assembly session on inflation, the recent surge in terrorism, and load shedding in the province.

ANP leader Sardar Hussain Babak after the submission said that rebuked the ruling PTI saying that the opposition was waiting for the provincial government to call the assembly meeting, but they could not call. He added that “the incumbent government seems to be giving up constitutional rights, and also neglecting masses for personal interests.”
