Zaidi rebukes Zaman for contacting JI
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader Imran Ismail slammed on Thursday his companion Khurram Sher Zaman for contacting the Jamaat-e-Islami (JI).
"On what grounds you contacted JI as I am the provincial president of the party and Bilal Ghaffar is the Karachi president," Mr. Zaidi said to PTI leader Khurram Sher Zaman. Mr. Zaidi continued to take a swipe at Mr Zaman, saying that after contacting the JI, he [Zaman] himself revealed the news about the matter.
After taking a dig at his own companion, Mr Zaidi warned the other party leaders to refrain from contacting the other political parties on the PTI’s matters.
Mr Zaidi also made it clear that no alliance with the JI was going to take place as of now.
