Over Rs20mn being spent on Imran Khan’s security
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s security expenses surpassed Rs20million per month as the details have been surfaced on Thursday.
According to official documents, the monthly security expense of the PTI chief is over Rs21.1million. The annual expense for the security of the former prime minister is over Rs263million.
In this regard, it has been further told in the documents that over Rs1.743m per month is being spent on the available officers from the centre for the security of the former prime minister [Imran Khan]. Besides the federal government, over Rs4.4m is being spent on the officers of different security institutions.
The operational costs of the PTI chairman’s security exceed Rs4.20 million.
