Bomb disposal squad completes initial report of Karachi blast

KARACHI (Dunya News) – The bomb disposal squad (BDS) has completed initial report of Monday’s bomb blast in Kagzi Bazaar near Boltan market area of Karachi in which one woman was killed and 16 other persons were wounded, Dunya News reported.

According to bomb disposal squad report, the bomb was made locally in which four kilogram of explosive material and ball bearings were used which was a planted device.

The report revealed that commercial explosives were used in the IED (improvised explosive device) and was planted in a motorcycle. The report further said that a rickshaw and four other motorcycle were also damaged in the explosion.
