Govt's working for public welfare, not personal gain: PM

The government has launched historically significant construction projects, says PM.
ISLAMABAD (DUNYA NEWS) – The Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has stated that the government is working for the betterment of public welfare and not for personal gain in a review conference of Ravi urban development and Central Business District project on Thursday.
Under the presidency of PM, a review meeting was held on the progress report of Ravi urban development and Central Business District project.
“Ravi urban development and Central Business District projects are important for the country. The government is working for the welfare of public and not for personal gain. These projects are necessary to reduce congestion and pollution in Lahore,” stated the PM.
He further said that, “Action will be taken against the officials responsible for not completing the targets of the project on time. The government has launched historically significant construction projects,” adding that, “In the past 20 years, no other government has shown any importance to those projects.”
