Gas prices for domestic, commercial users increased

Gas tariff has been up by Rs12.87 and Rs162.83 MMBTU on domestic and commercial users respectively.

According to the notification of OGRA, domestic consumers using 100 square meters of gas will pay additional Rs 12.87, while those consuming gas between hundred to 300 square meters will pay additional Rs 25.74.Those who consume the gas between 300 hundred to 500 square meters will pay additional Rs 108.39.On mosques, temples, churches, hospitals, orphanages, armed forces messes and universities, additional Rs 25.74 will be charged for using 300 square meters of gas.For commercial users Rs 162.74, industrial sector Rs 51.81, cement industry Rs 72.68 and power sector Rs 53.35 will be charged.
