Court again defers indictment of Sindh CM Murad Ali Shah

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and other accused appeared before the court.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – An accountability court on Wednesday again postponed the indictment of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and other accused in case pertaining to fake bank accounts case.

Accountability court judge Syed Asghar Ali took up the case of irregularities in the contract of Nooriabad Power Plant and fake bank accounts of money laundering.

During the proceedings, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and other accused appeared before the court.

The court was informed that Islamabad High Court (IHC) had sought the record of co-accused in the case Agha Wasif that didn’t return.

The court adjourned the hearing till January 11 as the case was recorded in the Islamabad High Court.
