LESCO announces uninterrupted power supply during Ramadan
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has announced uninterrupted supply of electricity during sehr and iftar in Ramazan.
During Ramadan, uninterrupted power supply will be ensured to all domestic consumers in the LESCO region during Sahar, Iftar and Taraweeh.
A statement issued by LESCO spokesperson said that uninterrupted power supply to industries would also be ensured during Ramadan.
The statement clarified that LESCO is not facing any power shortfall. Even during Ramadan, LESCO will be provided electricity as per its demand.
"We are hopeful that all possible relief will be provided to all consumers during Ramadan," spokesperson said. In this regard, all field offices and staff have been placed on high alert and will be available at all times to resolve any power related issues as soon as possible, spokesperson added.
