ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Musadik Malik Saturday grappled with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers out the Parliament House.

The incident occurred after PTI workers raised slogans during the press conference of the PML-N leaders. The incumbent government’s supporters chanted slogans and displayed placards in favor of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

During the presser, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said the opposition has not left the field empty and will fight oppression inside and outside the National Assembly.

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said President Dr. Arif Alvi, Prime Minister Imran Khan and NA Speaker Asad Qaiser are involved in summoning an illegal session. The notification was issued at night between March 4 and 5, he said.

The erstwhile premier added, “Imran Khan does not have majority and can only bully people. The politics of oppression cannot survive in the country. We will not rest until the premier is sent packing.”
