SHC extends bail of PPP's Nisar Khuhro in assets case
SHC adjourned the hearing till March 17.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday extended the bail of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Nisar Khuhro in assets beyond means case.
Sindh High Court, while hearing the pre-arrest bail pleas of Nisar Khuhro, extended his bail in three separate cases.
During the hearing, the court directed the NAB prosecutor to submit the progress report till March 17.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor told the court that the inquiry against Nisar Khuhro is in the last phase and a progress report will be presented after the completion of the investigation.
The SHC approved the extension of Khuhro’s bail and adjourned the hearing till March 17.
