Released fishermen reach Pakistan

Five fishermen released by India were accorded warm welcome on return home.

A large number of people were present at the Karachi Airport to receive the fishermen on their return from Mumbai. Talking to media, Nabi Bux, a resident of Baldia Town said that his two sons, Aurangzeb and Sajjad, informed him on telephone on March 30 that they were in Indian jail. He said that he is very happy on safe return of his sons.Renowned human rights activist, Ansar Burney termed the release of Pakistani fishermen from Indian jail as a positive step.
