CAA has verified licenses of 21 pilots after forensic audit

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has verified licensing credentials of 21 pilots working in foreign airlines.

According to details, SalamAir of Oman and Civil Aviation Authority of Hong Kong wrote letters to Pakistan for verification of licensing credentials of pilots of Pakistani origin who are working there.

After forensic audit, CAA has verified licenses of these pilots.

Earlier, Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) verified licenses of 48 out of 54 pilots working in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

In response to request by government of UAE to verify licensing credentials of pilots of Pakistani origin working in the emirates, CAA has cleared the licenses of majority of the pilots.
