Citizens of Karachi are left in trouble as dispute between KESC management and employees intensified

Faults in electricity lines, PMTs and cables are left unattended in different areas of Karachi which cause unscheduled power cut offs for days. Whereas scheduled load shedding of four and a half hours by the Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) also continues.Prolonged power cut offs have caused shortage of water as well as causing food items to become stale.People are protesting in different areas against unscheduled load shedding which has also disturbed the city’s peace.
