Roof collapse kills eight in Lower Orakzai
At least eight people were killed when roof of a house collapsed due to heavy rain in Lower Orakzai.
LOWER ORAKZAI (Dunya News) - At least eight people were killed and more than 30 were wounded when roof on a house collapsed in Lower Orakzai in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Thursday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, a marriage ceremony was in progress in the house of Malik Habib Ullah situated in Lehra area of Lower Orakzai when heavy rain started due to which roof of the house collapsed.
Orakzai Scouts personnel reached the spot and retrieved eight dead bodies and more than 30 people in injured condition from the debris. The dead and injured were shifted to nearby hospitals.
