Loadshedding: Police shelling kill two in Gojar Khan

Protestors in Gojar Khan burnt Wapda office, three police vehicles and stormed DSP office.

Protest was organized by traders and citizens against unscheduled power cuts. Roads and railways track were blocked. Meanwhile, protestors stormed the Wapda office and the staff fled from the scene. Protestors set on fire the record and furniture of the office. Police was called to disperse the demonstrators but angry citizens attacked the police vehicles. Police used tear gas and baton-charged the protestors, killing two of them . The locks up were also broken and inmates escaped. The protestors are still present the GT road but police have disappeared.
