PM Imran Khan arrives in Lahore on day-long visit
Housing projects in Lodhran and Renala Khurd are expected to be inaugurated soon.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on Wednesday arrived in Lahore on a day-long visit to examine political and administrative affairs in the province.
The premier is scheduled to preside over a meeting of the Pakitan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) parliamentary party of Punjab.
He will also hold a separate meeting with Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar.
The meetings will examine administrative matters and steps taken by the government for reforms in terms of public interest, development and prosperity.
The premier is also expected to chair a meeting on Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme, in which the projects of Lodhran and Renala Khurd would be finalised for inauguration.
Under the scheme, housing projects in Lodhran and Renala Khurd are expected to be inaugurated soon.
Importantly, political and financial affairs of the province are also likely to be discussed in the meetings.
