The federal government and OGRA were served notices on the appointment of OGRA Chairman Tauqeer Sadiq.

In a petition filed in the Sindh High Court, petitioner Maula Bukhsh Khatiyan maintained before the court that the government ignored the appellant and appointed Tauqeer Sadiq as chairman OGRA whose LLM degree has been proved fake.The complainant appealed to the court to declare Sadiq’s appointment null and void.
