CM Murad Ali Shah is being asked to clarify his position in JIT report on money laundering case.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MPA Khurrum Sher Zaman on Monday has planned to move an adjournment motion in the Sindh provincial assembly to seek an answer from ruling Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Chief Minister (CM) Murad Ali Shah for allegedly facilitating the Omni Group and money laundering.

Reportedly, he has asked CM Shah to clarify his position in the provincial assembly.

“For the last five years, we have been apprising people about the massive corruption being committed by the provincial government,” he said, while warning that if the adjournment motion is restricted by PPP, his party will restrict assembly session.

“The CM has been involved in criminal activities according to the findings of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT),” he further said.
