Sialkots MPA-elect Rana Liaquat joins PML-N
Shehbaz Sharif met with the independent MPA in order to increase PML-Ns strength in Punjab.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – MPA-elect from Sialkot, Rana Liaquat on Monday met with Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif and showed consent to join the party.
Shehbaz Sharif met with the independent MPA in order to increase party’s strength to counter leading party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in Punjab.
Earlier on Sunday, MPA-elect from Dera Ismail Khan, Ehtesham Javed Akbar joined PTI.
He met with PTI leader Jahangir Khan Tareen PTI’s chief Imran Khan and made official announcement.
After Ehtesham’s joining, PTI’s position at provincial level became stronger.
