Rain turns weather pleasant in Lahore
Rain in Lahore and its adjacent areas on Friday night brought the mercury down.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Rain with gusty winds in Lahore and its adjacent areas on Friday night turned the weather pleasant and brought the mercury down and provided much needed relief to the citizen from hot weather.
According to Pakistan Meteorological Department, more rain is expected at isolated places in upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Multan divisions, Islamabad, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan during the next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country during the past 24 hours. However, rain-thundershower with gusty winds occurred at isolated places in Malakand, Kohat, Bannu, D.G.Khan, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Lahore, Rawalpindi divisions, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
