Rain turns weather pleasant in Lahore
Rain in Lahore and its adjacent areas on Wednesday morning brought the mercury down.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Rain in Lahore and its adjacent areas in the wee hours of Wednesday turned the weather pleasant and brought the mercury down and provided much needed relief to the citizen from hot weather.
According to Pakistan Meteorological Department, more rain is expected in Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Sahiwal divisions, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir and parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA during next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country during the past 24 hours. However, rain-thunderstorm with gusty winds occurred at isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, Bannu, Faisalabad and Sargodha divisions.
