Sahibzada Ahmed Khan appointed high commissioner to UK
He will assume charge within a month
LONDON (Dunya News) – Sahibzada Ahmed Khan has been appointed the Pakistan’s high commissioner to the United Kingdom as the term of his predecessor Syed Ibne Abbas has expired.
Abbas was due to retire in October last year but he was still serving on the position. He will retire from the Foreign Office in December this year.
Sources said that the summary for the appointment of the new high commissioner has been signed. Currently, Sahibzada Khan is serving as the chief protocol officer at the Foreign Office. He will assume charge within a month.
