Chichawatni: Minor girl burnt to death after rape
The post-mortem report has confirmed that eight-year-old Noor Fatima was raped before being burnt.
CHICHAWATNI (Dunya News) – According to details, eight-year-old Noor Fatima a second grade student of Muhammadabad village near Chichawatni went to buy some sweet from a shop but did not return home. Her family found her in unconscious condition after three hours search having burn wounds on 90 percent of her body.
Boor Fatima was shifted to hospital from where she was referred to Jinnah Hospital where to minor girl died of her wounds. The post-mortem report has confirmed that eight-year-old Noor Fatima was raped before being burnt.
Police have arrested a shopkeeper identified as Imdad on suspicion. Meanwhile, the father of the deceased has appealed to CM Punjab and Chief Justice of Pakistan to provide him justice.
On the other hand, a complete shutter down strike will be observed in Chichawatni today (Tuesday) on the call given by Markazi Anjuman Tajran.
