Mosque damaged in bomb blast

Sher Ali Mosque in outskirt of Peshawar severely damaged in a bomb blast on Friday.

Two outer walls of the mosque were caved-in while cracks appeared in the main prayer hall due to the blast.The bomb disposal squad and police teams reached the mosque soon after incident and started investigation. According to the bomb disposal squad, four to five kilogramme of explosive material had been used in the explosion which had also destroyed the ablution room. According to the local people, mosque was recently built with financial support of the Kuwait government.
