Wasay alleged political fronts of pocketing funds and corrupting the system.

QUETTA (Dunya News) – Leader of the opposition in Balochistan Assembly Maulana Abdul Wasay has denied claims of conspiracy on Monday and said that the MPAs have adopted consitutional way against chief minister (CM) Sanaullah Zehri.

Wasay addressed a press conference in his chamber today along with dissenting group of MPAs who had earlier filed a no-confidence motion against the chief minister last week pushing Balochistan into a political crisis.

The opposition leader claimed that the government would not have stayed in power for a period of four years like it has if opposition members did not want to support it. New political alliance would elect a fresh chief minister of Balochistan, he said.

Wasay alleged political fronts of pocketing funds and corrupting the system.

Injustices caused differences and distances between the opposition and the government, Wasay added. The opposition leader further said that CM Sanaullah Zehri should not object to the situation as it is a constitutional way.
