'PTI's protests termed undemocratic while 'GT Road rally' no different'

Khan has announced to rally in Rawalpindi on August 23 alongside Sheikh Rasheed
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday has questioned federally ruling party’s July 9 (Wednesday) rally from Islamabad to Lahore by recalling that protest rallies of PTI were branded derailment of democracy.
Khan addressed the media in the federal capital and said that PTI was accused of derailing the democracy with its countrywide rallies whereas PML-N was not doing any different with its ‘GT Road rally’.
He said that the entire nation was celebrating Nawaz Sharif’s ousting after the apex court’s order. Khan announced to rally in Rawalpindi on August 23 alongside Sheikh Rasheed, Awami Muslim League (AML) chief.
He claimed that PML-N was deviating from its stance that it would accept the apex court’s order, be it in favour of the opposition. He said that PML-N’s forthcoming rally comes against the stance they had taken.
