Talks underway with different countries to resolve Kashmir dispute: UK delegation

The UK delegation will visit Azad Kashmir tomorrow.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - British parliamentary delegation on a visit to Pakistan has expressed concern over the deteriorating human rights violations in occupied Kashmir.

Addressing a news conference along with Azad Kashmir President Sardar Masood Khan in Islamabad on Thursday, members of the delegation said the world should take cognizance of the genocide of Kashmiri people in the occupied valley.

They said their delegation will visit Azad Kashmir tomorrow. “The dream of Kashmir’s freedom will turn into reality soon. Kashmiris are a target of India atrocities. We have raised voice for them European Union,” pronounced the delegation members.

Speaking on the occasion, Azad Kashmir President Sardar Masood Khan said the British parliamentarians are playing an important role in highlighting the Kashmir dispute.

He said particularly the labor party is at the forefront and has expressed the commitment to play its role in resolution of the lingering Kashmir dispute.
