No foreign minister: NSC meeting cancelled

National Security Council meeting, scheduled on February 15, was cancelled due to the resignation of Shah Mehmood Qureshi.

The former foreign minister was to brief the National Security Affairs Committee about important security matters. But the office of foreign minister is vacant since federal cabinet was dissolved and no appointment was made for the post, the meeting was cancelled. Committee Chairman Raza Rabbani said that the meeting would be called soon.
