Doctor suspended after he slapped nurse at Sheikh Zayed Hospital
The co-workers decided to stage a sit-in for their fellow worker over the matter
LAHORE (Dunya News) – After the nurse inserted a wrong injection in the patients’ body, the doctor at Sheikh Zayed Hospital named Usman slapped her in the face.
As the matter came into the notice of other nurses, the co-workers decided to stage a sit-in for their fellow worker over the matter.
During their demonstration against the doctor, all the senior and junior workers joined hands as they refused to perform duties at the hospital.
As the administration of Sheikh Zayed hospital investigated into the matter and found the doctor guilty in the case, they decided to suspend Dr Usman while exhibiting the letter of suspension to the protesting nurses.
The nurses revealed that the behaviour of doctors with the fellow nurses was extremely inappropriate and that is why the mentioned doctor should be made an example in this regard.
