Tayyaba appears in SC in child torture case
Police submitted investigation report in the court for legal proceedings.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Young maid Tayyaba on Wednesday has appeared in Supreme Court (SC) in child torture case.
Police submitted investigation report in the court stating that medical report has revealed that she was subjected to torture and burnt as well.
The wound on her back was healing whereas 1 cm long injury on her forehead had already healed. There were also old wounds on her neck and body.
When Tayyaba was asked about her parents in psychological test, she pointed towards Azam and Nusrat, but her parents would be found out after DNA test report.
According to the report submitted by DIG in SC, an incomplete challan was submitted against additional session judge’s wife Maheen Zafar in trial court.
