Thick fog grips parts of Punjab, disrupts flight operations
A delay traffic flow has also been observed due to foggy conditions.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Dense fog on Thursday blanketed various cities of Punjab and disrupted flight operations at airports.
According to details, visibility has dropped to zero at National Highway from Lahore to Pattoki and Gujranwala due to which the authorities have directed the people to avoid unnecessary traveling on motorway.
A delay in flights has also been observed due to foggy conditions while traffic flow has also got affected.
Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. While foggy conditions are likely to prevail over plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh during night and morning hours.
