PML-N, MQM word war 2

Dunya News

Once again the PML-N and MQM leaders were out with warnings; on one side, Opposition leader belonging to PML-N Chaudhry Nisar warned MQM against use of abusive language, saying that he can also pull his sleeves, while MQM leader Waseem Akhtar warned against his leaders marital life and ex-wives. Addressing the National Assembly, Nisar said, to criticize is our right, but the reaction (on part of MQM) is deplorable. He said that use of abusive and derogatory language is in any way uncalled for. He also called for setting up of a parliamentary committee to look into the incident. Meanwhile, MQMs Waseem Akhtar said that it was necessary to know that who initiated the personal attacks, The public should know the truth. If anyone dares to attack my leader, he should also be ready of a counter-attack, Akhtar warned. The war of words between the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) took an ugly turn on Wednesday, with politicians from both sides making personal attacks on one another. Speaking on the same issue, Gilani said parliamentarians should show responsibility while speaking at any forum, adding that losing ones temper is against the political attitude. Politics is all about patience, he said. Gilani said the nation has put responsibility on the shoulders of politicians and they should prove their commitment.
