2 women hurt in Peshawar explosion

A roadside bomb blast injured a woman when it hit a police mobile on Tuesday at Charsadda road in Peshawar. According to the police, the roadside bomb went off when the police mobile approached the site. The police vehicle was partially damaged in the attack. The blast also injured a passer-by woman. The forensic investigation shows that 2 kilograms of explosive material has been used in the attack. The local police and security forces cordoned off the area following the attack and a probe has been started into the incident. The injured was shifted to a nearby hospital and the affected part of the road was blocked for traffic.
