Maryam serves Rs 1 billion defamation notice to Naeemul Haque
Defamation notice was sent to Naeemul Haque for allegation of leaking national security information
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News, Web Desk) – Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif’s daughter Maryam Nawaz Sharif has on Monday sent Rs 1 billion defamation notice to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson Naeemul Haque, reported Dunya News.
Sharif family spokesperson said that Naeemul Haque levelled baseless allegation at Maryam Nawaz of involvement in leaking the information related to national security.
The notice sent by PM’s daughter says that Naeemul Haque must immediately apologise for his allegation or legal action will be taken against him.
Maryam Nawaz herself tweeted the images of the notice sent to Naeemul Haque.
