MUZAFFARABAD (Web Desk) – Former Prime Minsiter of Azad Kashmir and Muslim Conference president Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan on Sunday announced to march towards Line of Control on November 24.
While addressing Meet the Press event, the leader said that the march participants would enter Occupied Kashmir by breaking ceasefire at three points in Pooch an Mirpur.
He said he will also take other Kashmiri political parties into confidence over the rally.
Former PM urged the youth to gather at LoC and move towards held-Kashmir in order to inform the international community about Indian atrocities in Occupied Kashmir.
He said that Awami Tehreek has made Kashmir issue as flash point while the freedom fighters need full support from base camp.
He said that Muslim Conference expressed solidarity with Kashmiris in 1958 for the first time after which Nehru termed the day as the most difficult of his life.
He said a committee under Malik Mohammad Nawaz’s supervision has been formed for this purpose.
The public contact campaign would be launched on 11th Muharram, he added.
