For the sake of distributing food and water, many spend millions of rupees to feed thousands
SEHWAN SHARIF (Dunya News) – Usually, more than 10-12 hundred thousand pilgrims attend Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar’s urs every year but administration’s claim to arrange water supply and food on such a large scale had not been fulfilled, reported Dunya News on Friday.
The unlimited supply of food begins right from the commencement of the urs and lasts till the end. The devotees had been fulfilling the need of food and water for many years voluntarily. It includes mutton Korma (traditional dish), refreshment drinks, and Halwa.
For the sake of distributing food and water, many spend millions of rupees to feed thousands of people. Thus, the amount spent by devotees for feeding thousands of pilgrims was beyond numbers.
