A wagon and a truck collided near Gujrat due to which 8 passengers got killed and 5 were injured.According to police, the wagon coming from Rawalpindi collided with a truck coming from the opposite side near Thaikriyan. Resultantly, 8 passengers died on the spot.The deceased were identified as Waris, Amir, Abdul Baseer, Shahbaz, Abid, Sardar Ali, Iftikhar and Waris. The injured have been shifted to Aziz Bhatti Hospital Gujrat; whereas one of the injured girl is stated to be in critical condition. The truck driver managed to escape after the incident.
