Rains in Lahore halt advancing summers
Rains in Islamabad, Gujranwala, Lahore, Multan and other areas leave pleasing effect on the people
LAHORE (Dunya News) – The advancing summer season received a set-back after rains were reported in various parts of the country.
Cities that received the showers include Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Multan.
It rained quite heavily in the afternoon in various localities of Lahore including Johar Town, Mughalpura, Tajpura, Shalimar and Mughalpura.
Torrential rains were also reported in parts of Azad Kashmir including Muzaffarabad and Bagh.
The pleasant change in weather also left a pleasing effect on the moods of the people as well who enjoyed the cool, windy conditions in their areas to their fullest.
More rains have been forecasted within the next 24 hours. Showers are also predicted in parts of Sindh including Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana.
