Rangers' special powers extended for another 90 days
Sindh government issues notification after approval of summary from Chief Minister
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Government of Sindh has issued a notification which extends the special powers granted to the Rangers for another 90 days, Dunya news reported.
Summary regarding the extension to the Rangers’ special authority was sent to the Chief Minister Sindh from the Home ministry, which was approved on Thursday.
The grant of extension to the special authority to the Rangers starts from 4th February onwards. After the notification takes effect, activities conducted by the Rangers will be considered legal.
