Naheed Khan asked Benazir to come out of car, driver records statement
Cross questioning from the driver has been completed
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Wednesday has recorded statement of driver, Javedur Rehman in Benazir Bhutto murder case. He said that Naheed Khan asked the assassinated leader to come out of the car.
The ATC summoned report from the Foreign Ministry regarding statement of United States (US) journalist Mark Siegel statement which was recorded through video link.
Judge Rai Muhammad Ayub Marth held hearing of the case in Adiala Jail. Rehman appeared before the court and recorded his statement. Cross questioning from the driver has been completed. The ATC summoned prosecution’s witness Professor Azam Yousaf in next hearing.
The hearing was adjourned until September 14.
