Sessions court in Faisalabad acquits convict in murder case
The prisoner was involved in a killing a man over getting Rs 2000.
FAISALABAD (Daily Dunya) – The court has acquitted a prisoner who was sentenced to life imprisonment today (Thursday), Daily Dunya reported.
As per details, the accused Javaid was a resident of Chak-172 of Kharianwala police station who killed a man after getting Rs 2000. The additional district and session judge Habib Ullah sentenced him to life imprisonment in 2002 whereas a petition was also filed challenging the court’s verdict.
Subsequently, the court released the inmate.
