Deputy Speaker Sindh Assembly Shehla Raza scolds MQM MPA

KARACHI (Web Desk) – Sindh Assembly witnessed ruckus today (Monday) when the opposition was denied permission to talk on a call attention notice regarding resignations of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MPAs, Dunya News reported.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) member Muhammad Hussain and Deputy Speaker Shehla Raza exchanged hot words during the session.
“Give your lectures in office, assembly will run as per rules,” Shehla Raza told MPA.
She further asked Hussain not to create hurdle in the assembly proceedings with his `manly voice.`
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) women MPAs also stood on their desks in Shehla Raza`s support and chanted slogans against the opposition party.
As situation turned chaotic, the Deputy Speaker adjourned session for ten minutes and left the floor.
Earlier, the MQM MPAs staged a token walk out from the assembly in protest against Rangers’ raid on party headquarters.
