Two persons including one lawyer were killed and three others sustained injuries in a shootout at a session court in Lahore, Dunya News reported on Wednesday. According to eyewitnesses, attacker Hanif Kamran clashed with lawyer Chaudhry Mehboob for few minutes, afterwards the assailant opened fire, killing Mehboob on the spot. After the incident, heavy police contingent reached there and cordoned off the session court. The attacker tried to flee the spot but was killed by a policeman. Due to firing, three passers-by were injured. The injured were shifted to Meo Hospital. SSP Operations and acting CCPO Lahore told that the assailant had personal enmity with Chaudhry Mehboob.
