SC restores PML-N minority MPA Santosh Kumar's membership
Election Commission had cancelled Kumar's membership for violating party discipline.
QUETTA (Dunya News) – Supreme Court on Tuesday restored the membership of minority member Balochistan Assembly Santosh Kumar.
A three-member bench headed by Justice Saqib Nisar heard Santosh Kumar’s case appeal against the judgment of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
ECP had revoked Kumar’s membership for violating party discipline. Court ordered ECP to reassess the matter.
