KARACHI (Dunya News)— Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Raheel Sharif on Thursday attended the International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) 2014 at Expo Center, Karachi on its last day.
Raheel Sharif reviewed the local and international arms and ammunition displayed on the stalls at the Expo.
COAS Raheel Sharif also exchanged views with the foreign delegation. The stalls set up at the Expo Center displayed arms and ammunition from countries including China and Turkey.
General Raheel Sharif carried out a detailed examination of the local arms on display. He also examined the locally manufactured Azb sniper gun.
Apart from that, he reviewed the drone aircraft, bullet proof jackets, badges and flight simulators.
He will also attend and address the seminar about the defense exhibition held in a local hotel in Karachi.
