Lahore High Court Election Tribunal declared PPP candidates Nazeer Jutt and Allah Wasaya ineligible for contesting by-polls today. Jutt was to contest polls from NA-167 while Allah Wasaya from PP-259.The LHC Election Tribunal comprising Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh, Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Muhammad Anwar-ul-Haq heard the case. Petitioner Sajid Mehdi contended in his plea that Nazeer tendered resignation from his National Assembly seat over having fake degree and he do not fulfil the conditions in Article 62-F. The second plea was filed by Makhdoom Basit in which it was argued that Allah Wasaya be declared ineligible for telling lies and filing fake documents in the EC for the seat PP-259. Today, the LHC notified both the candidates as ineligible for the by-polls. C
