As many as 48 militants have been killed in the clashes with the security forces during the last 24 hours in the ongoing military offensive in Orakzai Agency.Security forces engaged the militants in a clash in Mushti Mela, Orakzai. Resultantly, 48 militants killed and several others injured.The militants hideouts have also been destroyed in the attack. Meanwhile, the miscreants destroyed the Central Health Centre in Akhwan Kot. The security forces have wrested 90 percent control of Orakzai.
