Elections will be held in 2018: Nawaz Sharif
The people of the country can vote for whomever they want to, says the PM
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif on Saturday has said that there is no way but to follow the law and wait for General Elections 2018 and that the performance of political parties would be judged in the elections.
The PM said that all political parties are the stakeholders in the democratic system of the country and that there is no way but to obey the law and what the constitution says.
He also said that it is up to the people of the country to vote for whomever they want to.
Nawaz Sharif said that irregularities in the system could be sorted out with democracy of the Parliament.
He said that they would give the people a prosperous and better Pakistan in 2018.
The PM also said that everybody is obligated to respect the Constitution.
Nawaz Sharif further said that performance of the political parties would be judged in 2018.
