PTI failed in Larkana: Nisar Khuhro
Sharjeel Memon says PPP facilitated PTI in Larkana rather than causing obstruction.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh senior Minister for Education Nisar Ahmed Khuhro on Saturday said former President General (Retd) Pervez Musharraf’s cronies cannot be friends to country’s citizens and that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan was the only person to support Musharraf.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi he said there is a contradiction in what Imran Khan says and does.
Referring to the PTI’s rally in Larkana he said PTI failed in Larkana adding that the participants were brought all the way from Karachi to participate in the rally.
He said 10 to 12 thousand people should be considered a corner meeting in my point of view.
Sindhis have always backed Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and they have the foremost right over Sindh’s water resources, he added.
Minister Information Sindh Sharjeel Memon said PPP facilitated PTI rally in Larkana and that the accusation of obstructing participants from reaching the venue are preposterous.
He said they contacted PTI senior leader Arif Alvi for any assistance needed.
He said that rally organized in London is for Kashmir cause.
