Administration declares PTI Gujranwala rally 'security risk'

GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – Gujranwala administration on Thursday declared Gujranwala rally of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), due on November 23, as security risk.

According to the 32 point agreement between PTI and administration, leadership of PTI has been advised to prepare a bullet proof stage for chairman PTI Imran Khan whereas mobile service would be suspended at Jinnah stadium and its whereabouts.

DJ Butt has also been warned not to violate Pakistan Amplifier Ordinance 1965; strict action would be taken otherwise.

It has also been emphasized in the agreement that PTI itself would arrange CCTV cameras and scanners.

On the other hand, unidentified persons set five of Imran Khan’s hoardings in Gujranwala; PTI leadership has condemned the act.
